Concept All-In One Computer Ball

The prime plan of the designer is to make the smallest PC ever made with all the necessary features in a normal desktop like classic keyboard, mouse, DVD recorder, large screen etc. Another notable feature is the spherical design with a diameter of 160mm – this sphere design gives this innovative product a futuristic alien look.

Smallest Computer

Ultimate Media Center for Teenagers

The product is designed for mainly two groups of people – Teenagers and Business People. This gadget can be the ultimate multimedia center in every home (you can listen to your favorite music, you can watch movies on a big screen, surf on the internet etc.) and a great companion to every businessman (it doesn’t take much space on the ¬¬¬desk, it can be carried everywhere, it can be used for business presentations etc).

Computer Ball Software Interface

Hardware Specs : Micro processor (dual core 2), Mini hard drive (250-500GB), 2GB ram, Graphic card, sound card, 2 X 50W speakers, HD DVD recorder, Wireless optical mouse (attached on the sphere), Laser keyboard, LAN card, WLAN card, Modem, Web cam, Battery and Integrated LCD projector.

All-In-One Futuristic PC Concept

If there is any chance of this product coming into mass production, you will find them in markets like USA, European Union, Japan etc.

    Oooo can I have one?!

  2. Nebcat Says:

It seems like a fantastic idea, however, a projector would only be limited to brightness and screen location. Give it a couple years. Right now, the technology will be in it’s testing stage for awhile.

  3. Jakob Says:

cool idea, but the ball would have to be larger than youd think, and the keyboard design is very hard to use.. they are very buggy.

  4. Mike Says:

    Nice concept! Horrid OS though

  5. designkiller Says:

i agree with jakob, but you know, technology need time to make things work good.
And, just a note.. i guess it should be: paper sheet, not shit O_o well, shit is shit ahah

  6. Wazza Says:

    “Working on paper shit”

    LOL!

  7. Reformed Smoker Says:

No more screens and keyboards, it’s a dream come true!

  8. Logicman Says:

    Cool idea, looks great too.
But seriously, no way will I ever use a projection keyboard.

THAT idea, seems cool, looks cool and is….. terrible.
I’m also not a fan of th projection monitor idea, but it could work if they develop it correctly.

  9. frankie Says:

I had an idea like this too, I thought in the future people would just have watches that shoot out holographic screens and keyboards :P Much like this computer ball!

I would love it and I can’t see why anyone wouldn’t… So long as it worked properly anyway.

I guess not being able to feel yourself push the keys would be frustrating but you’d probably get used to it after a while.

  10. Recruitment Process Outsourcing Says:

    Too bad it isn’t real

  11. Simba Says:

I’d love to buy one of your watches… but how exactly are you going to power it? That one’s a few inventions down the road =P

Anyways, I think the ball idea is cool, but by the time the technology featured is ready for primetime someone will already have developed something that does it better. A new technology of this magnitude will always attract the attention of engineers and DIY inventors.

By the time they get those keyboards down we could use a square next to the keyboard as a mouse.q

  12. Nicholas Says:

There already is a “all in one computer”

    Its called the iMac!

    xD

  13. nakedsanta Says:

i enjoy working on a nice clean paper SHIT !!!

  14. Sammy Says:

This is an awesome concept you could sell this to a big company but it would be weird not to feel the keys but build it right and you could make millions quick. This is awesome what is it running i think it would be cool if it had windows vista. somethings you could throw on it mabe a web cam or something :p

The text on the interface screenshot is so eloquent. It must have taken at least two 12-year-olds nearly an hour to come up with that prose. Well done!

  16. Doofus Says:

So why not use a screen projector?
All you have to do is just make a smaller version, Why can’t you just use a screen projector.. Kind of like this: http://www.provantage.com/infocus-in37ep~7INFP034.htm

  17. all in one computer Says:

    nice and best concept….good luck

  18. floor jack Says:

I have to say, I can not agree with you in 100%, but it’s just my IMHO, which indeed could be very wrong.
p.s. You have a very good template . Where have you got it from?
